Most people are on their feet, busily moving throughout the day or night, and may not stop to consider the stress and anxiety their feet bear, until it is too late. When the feet begin to ache, have pain, swell, feel tired or sore, look scaly or dried out, show signs of cracked heels and calluses, then they have probably suffered a lot of stress. Sometimes the aches and pains of stressed feet can be unbearable to walk or even stand-up. When this happens it really disrupts a daily schedule or routine. | |
